Heavy Industrial Electrical Supervisor Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Industrial Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of professionals in the execution of industrial construction projects.

This position requires strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate crew activities effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and be passionate about working in a supportive team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and guiding a team of electrical technicians in heavy industrial construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
  • Maintaining effective communication with project managers and stakeholders
  • Coordinating crew activities and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand in heavy industrial construction
  • Strong leadership qualities, including exceptional communication and coordination skills
  • Hold a current WA electrical Licence or be willing to obtain one
  • White card
  • First Aid, Low Voltage Rescue & CPR certification
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP)
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen
  • National Police Clearance or ability to apply for one
