Lead Policy Reform and Programs Team:
">- Utilise your expertise in policy to provide strategic support and advice to senior departmental executives.
">About the Role:
">The Manager will be responsible for delivering a breadth of policy reform and programs work across priority policy reforms. They will lead a multi-disciplinary team to consult with diverse stakeholder groups and shape authoritative policy advice.
">This role plays a key leadership position, requiring strong ethical leadership and the ability to drive innovation, collaboration, and coordination.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide strategic policy advice on various portfolios relevant to the Ministerial Services, Policy Reform and Programs business unit.
">- Lead the development and implementation of policy reform, including planning, design, consultation, and solution development.
">- Manage and develop a team, including staff performance management, professional development, building capability, and delivering quality outputs.
">About You:
">- Well-developed knowledge of government and the justice system.
">- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and guidance under pressure in a dynamic environment.
">- Strong project management skills and ability to prepare timely, concise, and accurate briefings.
