  • Menu Planning, Budgeting, and Stock Control – They must be able to craft cost-effective, high-quality meals with precision.
  • Dietary & Allergy Requirements – They should have a talent for creating safe, delicious meals that meet every need.
  • Food Safety – They must ensure a spotless, compliant kitchen, adhering to all relevant regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification) with hands-on experience in a cook role.
  • Current Working with Children Check (or a willingness to apply).
  • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or the willingness to complete one).
