What the role is about

- Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day operation
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Food preparation and presentation
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers
- Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours

Who are we looking for

- Proven experience in a similar role (essential)
- Standout attention to detail and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate
