Experienced Chef wanted for our Asian fusion kitchen, Tilly's Garden, part of the C.Y. O'Connor Precinct and located in Piara Waters.

What The Role Is About

  • Leading the kitchen team with energy and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef on food ideas
  • Managing basic kitchen operation- stock control, ordering, roster adjustments and approvals
  • Maintaining a high level of food standards and OH&S

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in Asian fusion kitchens
  • Creativity, consistency and strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Asian ingredients, flavour balancing and modern techniques
  • A calm head, sharp knives and a no-compromise attitude to sustaining quality
  • Function experience desirable
