We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications professional to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team, including scheduling social media content, drafting creative briefs and campaign assets, and maintaining databases and platforms related to marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team
  • Assist with and draft creative briefs, content, and campaign assets for multiple platforms
  • Develop, maintain, and update systems, platforms, toolkits, and databases relating to Marketing and Communications
  • Support the delivery of media, promotional or influencer events
  • Assist with the development and implementation of brand awareness, advocacy initiatives, and tactical campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration, Marketing and Communication, or similar field, or previous experience/training relevant to this role
  • Proven experience in administration tasks with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with scheduling socials in Meta Business Suite and other platforms
  • Experience with Mailchimp
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly in writing, over the phone, and in person
  • Ability to monitor and report on progress to stakeholders
  • Ability to research, collate and keep pertinent information organised and accessible
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
