Key responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, including expert witness documents, and developing remedial scopes of work.
To excel in this position, you will require 5-10 years of experience in building/construction, with a strong background in defect & compliance analysis. Proficiency in National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards is essential, as well as expertise in defect analysis and water intrusion investigations.
In addition to technical skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities are required to build and maintain strong client relationships. Project management and deadline adherence are also crucial.
Requirements- Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction or Engineering
