We are seeking a highly skilled Winemaker to join our team in the production of high-quality wines. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and innovation of our wine business, working collaboratively with a dynamic team in Victoria's Sunbury wine region.

About the Role:
  • Oversee all cellar operations, including supervision and training of cellar staff
  • Conduct regular tastings, quality control processes and analysis to ensure quality and consistency
  • Maintain accurate records using specialized software and provide scheduled reports
  • Work closely with the vineyard team to monitor grape maturity and harvest planning
  • Participate in brand promotion and representation at industry, trade and consumer events
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Oenology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years winery experience, preferably with diversity in varieties, styles and regions
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques and winery software
  • A valid forklift licence
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, focus on quality, efficiency and initiative
