Senior Winemaker Position

The role of Senior Winemaker offers a unique opportunity to join a leading Yarra Valley producer that is committed to innovation and sustainability in winemaking. This hands-on role reports directly to the senior management team and involves leading cellar operations, collaborating on intercompany projects, and representing the company at industry and consumer events.

In this position, you will have access to industry mentors and the support of one of Australia's finest wineries, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads cellar operations and assists with intercompany projects.
  • Represents the company at industry and consumer events.
  • Maintains strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Oenology or related field.
  • Relevant winemaking experience.
  • Familiarity with Vintrace software preferred.
  • Holds valid forklift and driver's licenses.
  • Physically capable of performing operational duties.
  • Able to work extended hours when required.
