Job Description

As a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents in our residential aged care facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient portfolios, providing comprehensive care, communicating effectively with residents and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of assessments and care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing AN-ACC portfolios
  • Providing person-centered care to residents, encompassing physical and emotional wellbeing and safety
  • Effective communication with residents and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assessments and care plans

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • AHPRA registration with no restriction
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the AN-ACC frameworks, including assessment criteria and documentation requirements
  • Previous experience with AN-ACC or ACFI funding is desirable
