We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Support Workers. In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs.

Job Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and daily living assistance to our clients. This may include activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping with meal preparation and household tasks.

About Our Clients:

Our clients are individuals who require support with daily living activities due to disability, mental health conditions, or other factors. They come from diverse backgrounds and have varying levels of complexity in their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients
  • Assist clients with financial and health services access
  • Help clients with employment, education, and training opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve client goals

Requirements:

  • National Federal Police Check issued within the last 12 months
  • Right to Work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate)
  • NSW Driver Licence with own vehicle and willingness to travel
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Orientation Module - Certificate of Completion, Worker Screening Check
  • Covid-19 Vaccinations
  • Cert III Qualifications
  • Able to lift up to 10kg
