About You

  • A degree or relevant certification with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of training and expertise.
  • Experience in industrial relations, providing advice when required.
  • Substantial expertise in providing high-level programme or project support within large organisations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of industrial principles and frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to gain acceptance and support of ideas.
