Job Title: Early Years Programme Coordinator We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our Before and After School Care programme. As an Early Years Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging learning environment for children. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programmes for children aged 5-12 years old.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times.
  • Plan, deliver and promote quality activities that are fun, stimulating and carry educational value.
  • Manage observations, program planning and reflections to support individual learning and development.
  • Coordinate the Before School Care programme from 7:00am-9:00am and the After School Care programme from 3:00pm-6:00pm on weekdays.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to your team, promoting a positive workplace culture and building a strong sense of community.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating these into your programming and professional development.
 Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) or studying towards it.
  • Current Employee Working with Children's Check.
  • HLTAID012 or higher First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with colleagues, parents and carers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and creative approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisation skills.
