Job Overview

This role is within the School Asset Assessments Unit. The unit plays a crucial part in ensuring safe and sustainable learning environments across the department's asset portfolio.

The successful candidate will support programmes that enable effective decision-making by stakeholders. This includes:

  • Identifying, coordinating, and producing reporting and written communication to support decision-making;
  • Analysing data to articulate trends, provide rationale for variances, and develop recommendations for embedding insights from analysis to drive action;
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation to manage information and processes across the portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for multiple teams and stakeholders;
  • Contributing to continuous improvements for delivery through automation and process improvement.
