Residents' happiness is key to our success. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the village Resident Experience Team in delivering a bespoke, fun and engaging activities programme tailored to residents' interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to develop, coordinate and deliver a resident centred activities programme with technology at its core.
  • Drive engagement with the resident app and virtual events by providing one-on-one support and technology workshops.
  • Ensure accurate updates of the activities calendar and village information keeping residents engaged with the app.
  • Facilitate focus groups to understand residents' ideas for improving the village activities programme.
  • Lead village participation in inter-village wellness and engagement projects.
  • Organise group excursions for enhanced activities programme giving residents opportunities to try new things.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, external providers and community groups ensuring successful programme delivery.
