As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Your Impact:

Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members. Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and company policies, procedures, and requirements.

About the Role:

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure child safety and wellbeing at all times
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Contribute to a culture of professionalism and respect

Requirements:

  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
