Key Highlights

We offer a comprehensive first steps induction program, providing 3 months of intensive support and training. This allows you to focus on learning and growing professionally, while also receiving time off the floor to collaborate with colleagues and develop essential skills.

Support System

You will have access to an ECT Buddy, who will provide additional guidance and support as you settle into your role. Community Connection Sessions are also available, enabling you to network with other ECTs and registration partners.

Suitable candidates must hold an ACECQA approved qualification or be working towards one. A current Working with Children Check and Teacher's Registration are also required.
