As an Early Years Support Coordinator, you play a vital role in assisting families with children aged 0-9 who are participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Collaborating closely with families to develop individualised support plans is crucial for ensuring their child's needs are met effectively. Your strong knowledge of early childhood development and age-related milestones will enable you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

This exciting opportunity allows you to apply your skills and expertise to support young children with disabilities and their families. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with families to understand their child's needs, goals, and aspirations.
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans that align with the NDIS framework.
  • Assisting families in accessing appropriate services, including therapy, education, and community resources.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, Community Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children with disabilities, particularly in the early years (0-9 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.

A full Australian working rights or valid work visa is also essential.
