Transition Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage service transitions in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of change, release, and service transition management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for change management in live services and test environments.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure that products are delivered on time.
- Translate communications and stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables.
- Analyze supplier performance data and monitor customer satisfaction and market intelligence reports.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field of study.
- Significant experience in a similar role within a large, complex organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Able to manage a complex plan of work and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Arrangements:
This company promotes flexible working arrangements, allowing employees to work from home two days a week and in the office three days a week.
