About This Role

This position focuses on delivering high-quality testing for both existing and new products across multiple business units, with a strong emphasis on automated test development and execution.

  • Develop and execute test artefacts including test plans, test cases, scripts, and status/closure reports.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts and integrate them within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, PMs, and SMEs to design, implement, and track test coverage.
  • Capture and report on test metrics, results, and defect statuses throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Providing expert-level technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in automated software testing within product delivery.
  • 5+ years overall software testing experience.
  • Experience with integration and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong scripting and test design skills.
Favorable Skills

While not required, experience with the following technologies is highly desirable:

  • Azure DevOps (for test/defect management).
  • CI/CD pipeline integration (especially in Azure DevOps).

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additionally, the candidate should have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex testing issues.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C# is highly desirable.
