We are seeking a senior banker to join our origination team, focusing on winning high-value deals and transitioning them to our business banking division. The ideal candidate will have big bank experience, deep expertise in the $10M–$50M commercial lending space, and a strong local network and market knowledge in Brisbane.

This role is perfect for a natural dealmaker who thrives on origination and isn't afraid to hit the pavement. You will be responsible for attracting mid-market clients with turnovers between $30M–$150M, ideally with a loyal client base that values long-term relationships.

The successful candidate will be commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and outcome-focused, with a passion for shaping the future of commercial origination. They will also have a strong ability to secure whole-of-wallet relationships that deliver long-term value to our clients and the bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients
  • Work closely with our business banking team to transition deals
