Job Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially astute professional to support key contracts roles for major infrastructure projects on the Central Coast.

This role suits experienced professionals with a legal background looking to transition into construction and project delivery.

You will work locally, managing contract aspects in a live delivery environment and establishing new projects.

A core focus is drafting and managing contract notices. You will need to interpret contracts, identify triggers, and prepare timely correspondence.

Day-to-day, you will negotiate subcontracts, manage head contracts and subcontracts, including notices, risk management, variations, claims, and commercial strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Understanding of contracts and commercial principles
  • Drafting skills, particularly for notices and contractual correspondence
  • Practical mindset and ability to manage complexity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
