We're looking for early-career professionals to join our ANZ Sales team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role offers a clear pathway to advance to Account Executive roles within 15-18 months.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll drive our growth in the ANZ market by:

  • Generating Qualified Leads: Drive new business by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads through strategic outreach.
  • Partnering with Account Executives: Work closely with assigned Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies.
  • Driving Sales Pipeline: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of discovery calls.
  • Scheduling Discovery Calls: Schedule discovery calls for assigned Account Executive/Sales Representative.
  • Conducting Needs Assessments: Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned.
  • Mastery Consultative Selling: Develop expertise in consultative SaaS selling, leveraging cutting-edge sales frameworks and innovative prospecting techniques.
