Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Director to lead our clients esteemed commercial construction team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large scale commercial projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.

To excel in this role, you will need previous experience as a Project Manager on high-profile Commercial new build projects, managing complex projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving project goals forward.

  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.

About You:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects exceeding $30M.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
