Security and Emergency Response Lead

We are seeking an experienced Security, Medical and Emergency Management professional to lead our SEM teams and ensure safe, stable and values-aligned operations.
About the Role- Provide tactical support in planning, coordination and continuous improvement of security, medical and emergency management services across the operation and during Major Shutdowns.
- Oversight of related procedures, systems and initiatives to ensure they remain effective, compliant and fit-for-purpose in alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Critical part in capability development by coaching and mentoring leaders and members of SEM Teams (ERTs) to ensure high performance, operational readiness and alignment with safety, risk and resilience objectives.
- Tertiary qualification in security, medical or emergency management
- Demonstrated experience in security, medical and emergency management or a related field preferably within a mining environment
- Able to lead multidisciplinary teams, make risk-based decisions under pressure and ensure effective response and recovery during security incidents, medical emergencies or crisis events
