The Modelling Analyst role is pivotal in connecting investment execution, compliance, and ongoing portfolio management with a strong focus on financial modelling and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive models for real estate, loans, and private equity segments.
- Ensure models are aligned with regulatory requirements; prepare reports for investors and banks.
- Assist with fund accounting, capital calls, distributions, and payment processing functions.
- Monitor exposures and ensure compliance adherence.
- Collaborate with deal teams; provide analytical support and presentations to the front office.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial modelling, preferably in investments-focused sectors such as funds, private equity, M&A, or credit real estate exposure is highly valued.
- Ability to adapt and pivot in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
