As a senior leader in financial modeling, you will drive the development and growth of our model audit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple teams across active assignments, providing strategic guidance and insight to inform delivery.
  • Review and interpret commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy in financial models through rigorous analysis and expertise.
  • Develop and enhance financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving innovation and improvement through market-leading practices.
  • Plan resources across the team, ensuring optimal deployment and efficiency.
Team Leadership
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team, cultivating a collaborative culture that drives business growth and excellence.
  • Lead in the growth of the model audit practice, driving business development and ambitious growth plans.
Requirements
  • An exceptional individual demonstrating core values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to create exceptional results and deliver value.
  • A respected leader within the model audit sector, with in-depth expertise in Project Finance and a strong track record of achievement.
  • (10+) years of relevant experience in financial model audit, currently working at a senior level with a proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • An accounting qualification is beneficial, with a degree qualified in a numerate discipline and postgraduate qualifications in accounting or finance desirable.
