Senior Financial Modeler

The Investment Analyst role is a key position within a leading investment group.
This hands-on role provides exposure to the full investment lifecycle – from market research and deal analysis through to execution and ongoing portfolio management.
You will work closely with senior leaders, build cross-functional relationships and contribute to continued success in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing complex financial models that inform high-level decisions.
- Contributing to major acquisitions and divestments, working with various stakeholders.
- Playing a central role in portfolio optimisation, enhancing returns while mitigating risk.
- Creating deep market insights into supply, demand, rental trends and competitor activity.
- Preparing investment committee papers and presentations that influence key stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
A degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field, with relevant experience in investment banking, funds management or real estate.
Advanced Excel modelling skills are essential, with demonstrated ability to build and manage complex financial models.
