Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at REA Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital media and advertising products. You will be responsible for leading the design strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that align with our clients' business goals as well as REA's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and user needs
- Develop and articulate a clear product design vision
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Work with marketing, sales, and client services to understand client needs
- Partner with development teams to ensure successful product implementation
- Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions
- Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies
- Advocate for creative and innovative design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience working in eCommerce (brand or agency side) is highly desirable
- Experience within a Media and/or Creative Agency is highly desirable
- Strong Discovery skills
- Someone with a few runs on the board, experience designing products using industry standard design tools and best practice processes
- Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
- Work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment to create impact
- An experimentation mindset, working through ambiguity to have impact at scale
- Persuasively communicating design rationales and actively participating in critiques to drive high-quality product outcomes
