About the Role

The Senior Product Designer will be a key member of our Design team, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to create amazing products and experiences for our consumers and customers.

This role is about raising the bar using your craft, mentoring others and creating amazing products and experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs and business opportunities to bring amazing products and features to life that find product/market fit, growing our business and delighting our consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify industry trends and user needs
  • Develop and articulate a clear product design vision
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing
  • Work with marketing, sales, and client services to understand client needs
  • Partner with development teams to ensure successful product implementation
  • Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions
  • Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies
  • Advocate for creative and innovative design solutions
  • Presentation of design concepts to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience working in eCommerce (brand or agency side) is highly desirable
  • Experience within a Media and/or Creative Agency is highly desirable
  • Strong Discovery skills
  • Someone with a few runs on the board, experience designing products using industry standard design tools and best practice processes
  • Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
  • Work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment to create impact
  • An experimentation mindset, working through ambiguity to have impact at scale
  • Persuasively communicating design rationales and actively participating in critiques to drive high-quality product outcomes
