About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Media team at REA Group. As a key member of our Design team, you will partner with Product and Engineering teams to create innovative products and experiences that drive business growth and delight our consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends and user needs, and develop a clear product design vision.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs that meet our design standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions and iterate based on user feedback and usability testing.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and client services to understand client needs and partner with development teams to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions, and stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Advocate for creative and innovative design solutions, and present design concepts to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience working in eCommerce (brand or agency side) is highly desirable.
  • Experience within a Media and/or Creative Agency is highly desirable.
  • Strong Discovery skills and experience designing products using industry-standard design tools and best practice processes.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • An experimentation mindset, with the ability to work through ambiguity to have impact at scale.
  • Persuasively communicating design rationales and actively participating in critiques to drive high-quality product outcomes.
