About the Role

This is an exciting chance to elevate your leadership skills, creating a supportive work environment that thrives on collaboration. You will oversee a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff, working closely with the Business Manager on reporting, history reviews, and management tasks.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced multi-parameter monitors, in-house laboratory equipment, endoscopes, digital X-rays, ultrasound technology, and on-site ventilators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance patient care and client experience
  • Mentor junior veterinarians to help them grow professionally
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain our high standards
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in emergency veterinary care
  • Essential experience in ECC; memberships are highly regarded
  • Leadership, motivation, and communication skills with a passion for creating a supportive learning environment
  • Strong patient focus and compassion
