**Building and Pest Inspector Opportunity**

We are seeking a Building and Pest Inspector to join our team, servicing Ipswich, Logan, and Coolangatta.

As a valued member of our organisation, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled building and pest inspections, identifying defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues.

You will provide detailed reports with practical recommendations, ensuring the safety, integrity, and compliance of homes – particularly during real estate transactions, renovations, and routine maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Registered / Licensed Builder qualification
  • Completed a Residential Building Inspections course
  • Timber pest management units (CPPUPM3008 and CPPUPM3010)
  • Proven experience as a Building & Pest Inspector, Registered/Licensed Builder, or Licensed Pest Technician
  • Be physically capable of inspecting sub-floors, roof spaces, and external roofs
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and results-driven approach
  • Clear and professional communication skills
