Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee the inspection and testing of electronic and mechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and engineering drawings.
  • Conduct regular audits at all stages of production, from incoming materials through to final assembly.
  • Inspect soldering quality, component placement, wiring, and mechanical fit and finish.
  • Accurately document inspection results in quality records and databases.
  • Maintain inspection checklists, logs, and traceability records in accordance with quality system requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment with AS9100D and/or ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • Certification to IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and MIL-STD-883 inspection standards.
  • Hands-on experience inspecting Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and mechanical/electronic sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, bill of materials, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings, work instructions, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
