Job Title: Technical Inspection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Inspection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our installations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a real difference. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and completing installation activities, as well as conducting formal planning meetings with key clients.

You will also be required to prepare and implement site-specific safety documentation, coordinate with installers and sub-contractors regarding installation and fabrication requirements, and regularly review contracting procedures.

In addition, you will prepare and coordinate as-built drawings for projects and participate in quarterly stock takes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, coordination, and completion of installation activities
  • Conducting formal planning meetings with key clients
  • Preparing and implementing site-specific safety documentation
  • Coordinating with installers and sub-contractors regarding installation and fabrication requirements
  • Regularly reviewing contracting procedures
  • Preparing and coordinating as-built drawings for projects
  • Participating in quarterly stock takes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and have a sound personal presentation.

You will also require a current unrestricted driving license, ability to work individually or as part of a team when needed, and excellent customer service skills in a safety environment.

A willingness to travel 1 week per month, or longer if major contracts require, is also essential.
