A Role in Student Enrolment and Engagement

Job Description

As a key member of the student recruitment team, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure prospective students receive timely and accurate information throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.

This role involves working closely with the student engagement team to provide essential support in managing student records, responding to emails and SMS campaigns, and assisting with outreach to leads who have paused or disengaged.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with prospective students, ensuring student data is accurately maintained in internal systems, and supporting a positive enrolment experience for every student they interact with.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completion of a Bachelor degree or working towards a tertiary qualification
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or support, sales support, or education-related field (Highly regarded but not essential)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
