About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing direct client service to residents of our Residential Care Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, including reporting and recording general observations and identifying diversional therapy needs.
  • Deliver diversional therapy to individuals and/or groups in accordance with established programs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of residents.
Requirements
  • AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Current first aid certificate beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
