Door Attendants play a crucial role in our Club operations, ensuring members and guests feel welcome and monitored compliance with regulations. This Full Time opportunity is located at our Mayfield site.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting all members and guests with enthusiasm and projecting a positive image
  2. Ensuring all members and guests sign into the Club as per regulations
  3. Advising members and guests on Club facilities and events
  4. Promoting and processing memberships
  5. Checking employee and contractor identification
  6. Monitoring and enforcing RSA legislation
  7. Liaising with security and Duty Managers on refusal of entry due to intoxication
  8. Promoting COVID safe practices to members and guests
  9. Ensuring compliance with COVID restrictions and regulations

This position requires the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster with a mix of Day, Afternoon and Overnight shifts to meet operational requirements. The certifications required are RSA and RCG Certifications. A criminal check will be conducted prior to employment offer.

We are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. Demonstrated strong communication and leadership qualities are essential, along with problem solving and people skills to manage compliance. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
