Job Title: Promotions Ambassador

As a Promotions Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand through various gaming activities.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Host bingo, housie, hoi, and raffles to create an engaging atmosphere
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure member satisfaction
  • Set up and pack down of promotions and gaming activities in a timely manner
  • Conduct and facilitate gaming promotions and games, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Cross-sell promotions and activities to increase revenue
">Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Availability on weekends, with reasonable flexibility Monday to Friday
  • Ability to host events and communicate effectively with large groups
  • Confidence in delivering high-quality unique experiences for members and guests

Previous experience in a similar role or other promotional capacities is highly regarded. Certifications such as RSA and RCG are mandatory.
