Job Title: Site Enablement Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Enablement Operator with an HR license to join our waste management team.

This role will see you supporting the coordinator in complying with all safety, site environmental licence as well as maintaining and developing operating procedures and risk assessments.

  • 38-hour working week with flexible hours to ensure work-life balance
  • 4 weeks of annual leave, 3 weeks of personal leave plus 2 additional paid public holidays

Requirements
  • Dedicated and reliable Site Enablement Operator with an HR license
  • Proven experience in the operation of site plant and machinery including excavator, dozer, skidsteer loader, front-end loader, grader, and dump truck
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
