We are seeking a skilled Inclusive Service Improvement Lead to drive performance enhancement and excellence in our services.
About the Role- Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive practices across diverse teams and service environments.
- Coach and mentor frontline staff to grow their confidence and capability in delivering person-centred services.
- Lead quality assurance and compliance activities ensuring alignment with sector standards and our commitment to excellence.
- Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- BUILD strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to embed evidence-based approaches that prioritize young people's needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of five years' experience in Disability Employment Services or a related field, with a proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and driving performance improvement.
- Highly developed communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or Training and Assessment are desirable.
