As a performance enhancement leader, you will play a key role in driving inclusive services for young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor frontline staff to grow their confidence and capability in delivering person-centred services.
- Lead quality assurance activities that align with sector standards and organisational commitment to excellence.
- Use data insights to drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making.
- Champion inclusive practices and represent the organisation in sector forums and collaborative initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to embed evidence-based approaches that put young people first.
You will have a proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and driving performance improvement across diverse teams and service environments.
Requirements- A minimum of five years' experience in Disability Employment Services or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sector and its evolving needs.

- In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks and a commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive services aligned with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
- Highly developed communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Lived experience of disability or substantial experience working alongside people with disability is highly valued and will enrich your contribution to inclusive practice.
- Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services or Training and Assessment are desirable and will support your success in this role.
