About the Role

This position will work closely with project leads, area managers, construction teams to achieve successful vendor representative utilization.

Key accountabilities include developing workflow processes for the full life cycle of a vendor representative, including planning, contracting, site coordination, reporting and contract close-out.

Additional responsibilities include establishing a reporting system for vendor representatives, developing and maintaining an essential training matrix and record keeping for commissioning personnel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least five years' experience on major projects in a multidisciplinary team environment.

They must possess extensive experience in procedures and workflow execution.

Good working knowledge of scheduling and reporting processes is also required.

A strong leadership and coordination skills are essential for this role.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
