The opportunity

Due to continued growth, RSGx has a great opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Burswood, Perth. You will work closely with the procurement team to implement and support the business's purchasing processes and controls.

Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring strong vendor relationships and cost-effective agreements.
  • Oversee timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment, aligning with project delivery timelines.
  • Establish purchasing policies, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
  • Collaborate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to synchronise procurement activities with project milestones.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Procurement Register and provide real-time reporting to track progress.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
About You
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement systems and processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to develop and execute cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
  • Experience in construction procurement will be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of relevant procurement software and tools is an advantage.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
