Procurement Coordinator Job Overview

The Procurement Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Subcontracts team with procurement-related activities.

  • Register and qualify subcontracts through Felix or NPP to ensure compliance with project requirements;
  • Ensure the use of existing Master Services Agreement (MSA) providers for relevant Goods and Services and issue EOIs for new MSA as needed;
  • Assist with the project subcontracting strategy for assigned subcontracts by providing commercial evaluation of bids and negotiating best available prices;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts;

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with direct experience managing subcontractors and suppliers. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of subcontracting processes, contract management, and procurement principles. A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Construction Management and Economics (CM&E) is preferred.
