We are seeking a Senior Policy Advisor to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of aged care policy at a national level.

  • This is a rare opportunity to work in a small team and report to the Head of Quality & Research, undertaking deep dives into a wide range of policy issues, bringing fresh thinking and evidence-based insights to complex challenges.
  • You will contribute to policy development and advocacy priorities through government and stakeholder engagement, research and submissions, developing high-quality reports, position statements and submissions that amplify member perspectives and influence decision-makers.
  • Engage with members, government and sector partners to identify emerging issues, trends and opportunities, representing Ageing Australia in forums, working groups and other key engagements.
