This role presents a pivotal opportunity to drive strategic financial initiatives across the Australian region. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key part in overseeing the company's financial and corporate accounting activities.

As a business leader, your responsibilities will include:

">
  • Driving timely completion of month-end accounting and reporting for the Australian region, with support from the team.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive the timely completion of annual budgets for each site.
  • Coaching, developing, and growing a high-performing team to enhance existing capabilities and technical knowledge.
  • Supporting the Chief Financial Officer on business development opportunities as needed.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all tax-related cycles and the annual tax return process.
  • Preparing regular cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient cash reserves to support growth capital expenditure and working capital.
  • Understanding key drivers of revenue and costs to derive a 'driver-based' budget.
  • Completing all required supplementary reporting as needed.
  • Reviewing commerciality of existing supplier relationships and reviewing procurement opportunities.
  • Driving continuous improvement in systems, reporting, process, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in accounting with a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functionally within the organisation.
  • A strong attention to detail and enjoyment of being hands-on with work.
  • Previous experience in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
