As a Healthcare Service Expert, you will deliver clinical care services, case management, health assessment program management, and general preventive health services to colleagues in Geelong and other sites in Australia and New Zealand. You will also cover additional sites as needed to meet business requirements and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the operation of the health center at the Geelong site and provide occupational health services to employees.
- Provide nursing assessments and interventions for immediate medical attention.
- Evaluate employees with work-related injuries and illnesses or personal medical conditions to determine their fitness for duty.
- Implement pandemic preparedness and infection control plans.
- Conduct regular self-assessments based on operational discipline management system requirements.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience working in the medical science field.
- Active Occupational Health Nurse license.
- Strong communication skills, enabling clear and prompt communication with relevant parties.
Preferred Skills:
- Occupational Health Management.
- Health Counseling.
- Medical Case Management.
