We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our IT solutions company. The ideal candidate will be a creative and versatile professional with expertise in content creation, graphic design, and marketing support.

About the Role

This role is a key position in transforming our marketing ambitions into engaging and effective content that connects with our target audience. As a Marketing Lead, you will work closely with our Business Development Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end delivery of brand marketing, SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, social media, events, and content.

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including social media assets, marketing materials, and digital content.
  • Manage the performance metrics and refine activities based on results and insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong eye for design and aesthetics, and the ability to switch between creative and administrative tasks. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Canva or other content creation applications, and ideally, experience in the ICT space, including Cyber Security, ITSM, and customer/employee security and behavior.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, negotiable depending on experience, and a hybrid work model that includes a small amount of time in our office at North Sydney but mainly, working from home. This role has the potential to grow into part-time or full-time employment in the foreseeable future.
