Solutions Marketing Manager

Resmed is seeking a strategic thinker to join their team as a Solutions Marketing Manager. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximise solutions marketing performance and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive go-to-market activities for our solutions roadmap across provider and consumer channels in designated markets.
  • Closely collaborate with commercial and consumer marketing teams, sales and retail teams to maximise portfolio potential and achieve success in both provider and consumer channels.
  • Foster strong working relationships with Consumer Health and Provider Product Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Commercial Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams to drive last mile marketing activities, including detailed GTM programs for product and solutions launches.
  • Act as a solutions partner to marketing and revenue teams, identifying portfolio gaps and opportunities and shaping market portfolio GTM roadmap.
  • Analyse portfolio performance, optimise portfolio mix, and maintain pricing and promotions discipline across the portfolio.
  • Support shaping evergreen portfolio marketing campaigns in close collaboration with commercial and consumer marketing teams.
  • Work alongside commercial marketing team to optimise provider channel customer experience when engaging or interacting with Resmed solutions.
  • Be the voice of the market in shaping portfolio nuances and needs together with APAC Solutions Marketing Lead.

Requirements:

  • Expert collaborator with strong partnerships with commercial and consumer marketing teams and sales leaders.
  • Solutions Marketing Expertise - Develop and drive go-to-market approach for solutions roadmap, executing last-mile marketing efforts alongside commercial and consumer marketing teams.
  • Market and Channel Insights - Ability to identify market and channel needs (opportunities and challenges) and be the voice of the market to innovation roadmap.
  • Program and cross-functional leader - Work effectively within and lead cross-functional teams to drive solutions go-to-market activities.
  • Analytical - Build deep insights into solutions portfolio mix in the market, ideating ways to maximise performance of the portfolio alongside commercial and consumer marketing teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience in healthcare or digital healthcare.
  • Medical devices and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Project and product management experience from product lifecycle launch to delivery and post-launch.
  • Quick to grasp understanding of relevant market demands and their impact on the portfolio.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
